OM Factory provides the flexibility to meet your needs. Whether you stay with us for a short time, a long time or pop in and out intermittently, we have options for you! Although all of our memberships are non-refundable, we offer extension periods in case of travel or sickness, allowing you to commit with peace of mind. There is no sign-up fee for any of our memberships, and you are welcome to join us any day of the week, for as little or as long as you like!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All membership packages are non-refundable (including during force majeure circumstances such as fire, flooding, pandemic)

• Should your Class Pass expire, we do allow rollover of expired classes into a newly purchased Class Pass, only if this purchase is made within six (6) months after the expiration date of your expired Class Pass

• We allow for extensions or suspension of your membership in case you are sick or travel. All you need to do is to email us your itinerary or medical certificate

• We allow you to transfer your membership to a nominated person. Transfers can only be done before the expiration date of your membership. The validity of the transferred package will not restart, but continue as it is at the time of transfer.
